Terms of Service

What you may do with our apps and this website, what we guarantee, and what we do not.

Page updated on 20 September 2026.

This is a translation, provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

No account is needed to use a Qorlet app. Nothing is collected, nothing is sent.

1. What these terms cover

They bind QORLET and anyone who uses any of the following.

  • the qorlet.com website and all of its pages;

  • the company's publishing tools, described in section 9.

3. What you get

Buying a Qorlet app grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

  • no account to create, no password, no sign-up;
  • no connection required: the app works offline;
  • a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no renewal;
  • the updates to the version you bought, at no extra cost.

4. What you may not do

So that it is said plainly:

  • resell, rent or redistribute the app, in whole or in part;
  • extract its content — strokes, sounds, texts — for another product;
  • decompile or modify it, beyond what the law allows;
  • remove its ownership notices.

5. Intellectual property

The code, the strokes, the sound recordings, the texts and the Qorlet brand belong to QORLET. Public-domain works used in the apps are credited on their about pages, and remain free.

6. Purchase and refund

The purchase is made with Google or Apple, never with us: they take the payment, and they issue the refund. The detail is in our refund policy.

7. Personal data

Our apps collect nothing. The detail, for the website as well as the apps, is in our privacy policy.

8. Availability and liability

The website and the apps are provided as they are. We do not guarantee the absence of every defect, nor the permanent availability of the website. Nothing here removes the statutory guarantees you hold, and in particular the guarantee of conformity.

9. Our automated publishing tools

QORLET uses internal tools to publish its own content on its own accounts. They are not sold, not distributed, and not open to third parties.

  • they act on the company's own accounts only; a token issued for any other account is revoked;
  • they do only what a whitelist names: no deletion is on it;
  • they keep no third-party data: statistics and comments are displayed, never stored;
  • making a video public remains a human action, never an automatic one.

These tools rely today on the YouTube API; those for TikTok and Meta will follow, under the same rules. Their users are bound by the terms of those platforms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction; a consumer keeps the right to bring the case before the court of their place of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

Any change is published on this page, with its date. For a question about these terms, write to us through our support page.
