Qorlet apps
A defect gets fixed. If it cannot be fixed, it gets refunded.
This page sets out what we do when an app you bought does not work, within what deadlines, and what we do not refund.
Version in force: 12 September 2026.
This page covers Qorlet apps sold through app stores. Depending on the country, the store is the seller: it takes the payment and carries out the refund. We are the publisher of the app, and we are the ones who decide once the store’s self-service window has passed.
1. Early on: the store
A request made shortly after purchase is handled directly by the store, self-service, without going through us. It is the shortest route, and the store sets that window itself. Always start there.
2. After that: write to us
Once that window has passed, the store refers the request to the publisher. Write to us at the address below. We need to be able to reproduce the defect in order to fix it: a complete request is handled far faster than a message without detail.
A complete request contains:
- the order number, shown on the store receipt;
- the device model and the system version;
- a description of what does not work, and the error message if there is one.
3. Our deadlines
- Acknowledgement
- 3 working days
- Reasoned reply
- 5 working days after the acknowledgement
- Fix published
- 30 days at most, from a complete request
These are ceilings, not forecasts: most requests are settled within a few days.
4. When we refund
We refund the full price paid where the app does not work as described and the fix is impossible on your device, or is not published within the deadline above. The refund is carried out by the store, to the original payment method.
We do not refund a change of mind, nor a purchase made by mistake or twice: those belong to the store and its own window. A defect caused by a modification to the device, or by declining to install an update we have published, gives no right to a refund.
5. Your rights are untouched
These commitments are in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity; they do not replace it. In France it is set out in articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code and runs for two years from supply; in the European Union, Directive (EU) 2019/770 provides equivalent rights. Nothing on this page can deprive you of them.
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content made available immediately where the buyer expressly consented at the time of purchase: that is the case for an app downloaded from a store. The legal guarantee is unaffected.
